13.13.6 The polar coordinates of a point: polar_coordinates
The polar_coordinates command finds the polar coordinates of
a point.

polar_coordinates takes one argument:
P, a point.
- polar_coordinates(P) returns a list of the polar
coordinates of P.
Example.
Input:
polar_coordinates(1 + i)
or:
polar_coordinates(point(1 + i))
or:
polar_coordinates([1,1])
